Introducing a new feature in the Courier app that allows you to track your progress on completing enrolled Challenges. You can now monitor your progress, timelines, and incentive payouts directly in the app.
Here’s how it works:
- Challenges are periodically offered within your assigned delivery zone. You can find details of your eligible Challenge in the Promotions section of the Courier app.
Make sure to check back often if you see no active Challenges.
- Tap (>) in the Progress bar of an active Challenge to bring up the corresponding Challenges Details screen. The progress bar will automatically disappear once the Challenge is complete.
- When enrolled, all delivered orders will count towards your progress, which can be viewed on the main Challenge Hub Screens. In-progress Challenge cards are listed in the order of upcoming end dates under this tab.
- Incentives will automatically be added to your Weekly Statements once you have completed the Challenge.
Earnings details will be available in the Earnings tab, logged under the day that the Challenge was completed.
Remember, an order is only considered complete and eligible for each incentive once delivered to the customer.
