Updating your status in the Courier app helps everything run smoother for you, the restaurant partner, and the customer. Staying close to your pickup or drop-off spot ensures the app can update things properly.
Here are a few easy tips to keep things moving:
Accepting an order
See an offer pop up? Press and hold Accept Offer to lock it in. Just a heads up, offers only come through when you’re in your delivery zone. You can always check the zone boundaries right from your dashboard.

Picking up the order
Once you’re at the pickup location, let the app know with a long-press on I’ve Arrived. Then wait for the order to be ready.
Pro tip: Be close to the pickup spot when you hit these buttons so your status updates properly.
Got the order? Long-press Picked Up Order and hit Starting Route when you’re ready to head out.

Dropping it off
At the customer’s location? Press and hold Hand to Customer when you’re handing over the order.
Bonus tip: Check the delivery notes, they sometimes have helpful info like door codes or preferred drop spots.
Once you’ve completed the handoff, you’re all set to grab your next offer!
