Your delivery zone is your playground on the Skip network. It’s your pocket of restaurants, shops, and customers ready to keep you moving. But what if you’ve moved or want to explore a new area? Here’s how to update your zones and what to expect.
How to add or remove zones in the app.
If the zone you’re looking to add is currently open, you can make the change yourself in the Courier App:
- Open the Availability tab
- Tap the Settings icon (top right corner)
- Select Update Delivery Zones
- Tap to add or remove zones
You can have up to 4 zones within the same zone group. If you’re already at the limit, you’ll need to remove a zone before adding a new one.
Trying to switch to a new zone group or add a closed zone?
If the zone you want to add or switch to isn’t open in the app — whether it’s part of a different zone group or simply not available right now, you’ll need to submit a request using the Courier Webform.
Here’s how:
- Go to skiptd.ca/contact-us
- Fill in your email address, name, and status.
- Under Reason for Contact, select:
→ “Account changes and concerns”. - Then select:
→ “Delivery zone addition/change”. - Use the dropdowns to add, remove, or change your zone(s).
- Submit the form.
Once submitted, our team will add you to a waitlist. When a spot opens up in the zone you’ve requested, you’ll be moved based on your place in the queue, delivery data, and zone capacity.
We’ll send you an email once the change is complete, and your updated zone(s) will appear in the app.

Important Notes
- All scheduled runs in your current zone(s) will be cleared once a zone change is processed
- You can only have a max of 4 zones at a time
- Every webform request is manually reviewed by our team
- Approval depends on your place in the queue, delivery data and zone availability
- We review and retain all requests based on operational needs and business demand
