To change your account type from bicycle to a vehicle, or vice versa, we require the following information/documentation:

Ready to roll with four wheels? We need to see your valid driver’s license (front and back). The thermal courier backpack that you used on your bike can still be used in your vehicle.
🚴‍♂️From Car to Bike
Switching to two wheels? You’ll need a thermal courier backpack. Either order one from the Courier Portal or show us yours with a pic upload.
