What do I need to do when I receive the email?
📧 Verify your email address
🔓 Log in to the Sterling platform using the email link
🔒 A verification window appears with options for double verification: authenticator app, text message, or opting out
📍 Your location is verified
🖋️ An electronic signature and consent are required, this is the final step before screening begins.
Screening and documents
– Basic Info: First name, last name, Date of birth, phone number.
– Address history (past 5 years).
– Document Details: Name title (e.g., Miss, Mr, Ms), Document number, – Country of issue, and Gender.
– Position applied for.
– Place of birth, Nationality at birth.
– Driving license details (if applicable).
