To keep accounts secure and protect the Skip network, we’re now resetting passwords for couriers using third-party “shift grabber” apps.
What You Need to Know
If your account is flagged for using a shift grabber app:
- Your password will be reset for security
- You may face a 24-hour account suspension
- You’ll lose access to your current shifts
- Continued use may lead to permanent account removal
How to Reset Your Password
If your password has been reset, just follow these steps:
- Open the Courier app.
- Tap “Forgot password” on the login page.
- Enter the email address associated with your courier account.
- Tap “Reset”.
- Check your email for a password reset message. Click the “Reset My Password” link in the email.
- A new page will open, prompting you to create a new password.
- Enter your new password and tap “Submit”.

Skip does not charge for shifts. If any platform asks you to pay to access shifts, they are not affiliated with Skip.
