New! Safer account security.

At Skip, we prioritize your account security and strive to keep our platforms safe and user-friendly. That’s why we’re introducing new safety features to log in on the Courier app and portal. 

Here’s what this means for you: 

  • To authenticate your account, you will be logged out of your account periodically and will be required to log back in.
  • To log in, simply enter your usual credentials and verify your login. 
  • You will also be asked for the 6-digit code sent to the phone number associated with your Skip account for two-factor authentication (2FA).

To ensure you receive the passcode on the correct number, you can update your phone number on the courier portal.

These changes are designed to reinforce your account’s security while keeping the login process straightforward and familiar.

Please note, that Skip will never request your 2FA code or password over the phone.
