We’ve got your back with wait time compensation

When you arrive at a restaurant/retail location, our system automatically tracks your wait time at a partner location with GPS. If you’re eligible for restaurant hold payments, they will be processed automatically.


Need to Move On? Here’s How to Unassign an Order

Sometimes, the wait at a restaurant/retail location can be too long. If that happens, you can request to have the order unassigned through Live Chat in the app:

  • Open Live Chat and select the “Order Collection Issues” option.
  • Use clear and simple messages like: “The order is not ready; please unassign” or “Long wait at the restaurant; please cancel this order.”
