These Official Rules are applicable to the campaign 12 Days of Giveaway – Delco Courier Campaign (“Campaign”), organised by SkipTheDishes Restaurant Services Inc., 410-242 Hargrave Street, Winnipeg, MB R3C 0T8. (“Promoter”).

THE CAMPAIGN

1. By participating in the Campaign you, hereinafter also referred to as “Participant”, declare to agree with these Official Rules.
2. The Campaign (“Promotion”) will start on 1st December 2025 at 00:01 hrs EST and will end on 12th December 2025 at 23:59 hrs EST (the “Campaign Period”) within which there are daily promotion periods (“Daily Sweepstakes”). 
3. This Promotion is being ran in partnership with PromoVeritas Ltd, 215 Marsh Road, Monument House, Pinner HA5 5NE, United Kingdom. (“Administrator”).
4. No purchase is necessary in order to enter the promotion.
5. Internet access and access to the Skip courier app (“the Courier App”) is required to participate in the Promotion.
6. Participants that act in violation of these Official Rules will be excluded from participation in the Campaign.

Eligibility

1. To enter the Promotion, you must meet the following requirements no later than the day preceding the start of the Promotion Period (“Eligible Entrants”):

1. You must be an active courier offering delivery service in Canada aged 18 or over.
2. You must be an active courier. You will be considered “active” if you have offered delivery services at least once within the preceding 14-day period.

Entry

1. Starting 1st December 2025, all couriers will receive an email invite. The email invite will direct Eligible Entrants to visit the courier app and correctly answer a simple multi-choice question to participate in the relevant Daily Prize Draw via an in-app pop-up through Pendo.
2. To enter, Eligible Entrants must:
   a. Access the pop-up in the Courier App each day during the Promotion Period
   b. Correctly answer the multi-choice question presented that day to enter the Daily Sweepstakes.
3. Eligible Entrants who correctly answered the question will then be entered into the relevant Daily Sweepstakes and the Bonus Sweepstakes.

All Eligible Entrants who incorrectly answered the question will be entered into the Bonus Sweepstakes.

Maximum of 1 entry into the Daily Sweepstakes and Bonus Sweepstakes is permitted per person per day during the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize.

Prizes & Winning

Winners will be contacted separately by Skip via partnership with PromoVeritas Ltd. Each winner will win one of the following prizes dependent on the Daily Sweepstakes they enter:

The Bonus Sweepstakes Winner will win 1 x iPhone 17.

7. Winner Selection:

1. Daily Sweepstakes: One provisional winner will be randomly selected from the pool of Eligible Entrants entered into each relevant Daily Sweepstakes by PromoVeritas Ltd, within 5 working days of each Daily Sweepstakes.
2. Bonus Sweepstakes: One provisional winner will be randomly selected from the pool of Eligible Entrants entered into the Bonus Prize Draw at 20:00 GMT by PromoVeritas Ltd within 5 working days of the close of the Promotion Period.

8. Provisional Daily Sweepstakes winners and the Provisional Bonus Sweepstakes Winner will be notified in writing by email within 7 working days of Winner Selection, and will be required to correctly answer a four part maths question provide evidence of identity and eligibility and be required to return a signed declaration of eligibility including a liability and publicity release (a “Declaration and Release”). Each  provisional winner who successfully solves the skill-testing question, returns the signed Declaration and Release (if required by us) and has properly complied with these rules, will be declared a winner (a “Winner”).  Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and award the prize to a reserve selected in the same manner who will be given the same 14 days to respond.

9. Provided no objection is received from the winners, Daily Sweepstakes and the Bonus Prize Winner details (last name and county) will be published at www.promowinners.com/skip2025 within 30 days of the close of the Promotion Period. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the relevant Authorities when requested by them.
10. Prize Acceptance: Fulfilment/notification to arrange fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a Prize or part of the Prizes does not arrive within 28 days or a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize the winner must inform the Promoter by contacting [email protected]. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.

11. It is the responsibility of the Eligible Entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize. It is the responsibility of the winners to supply the correct personal information in writing when accepting the Prize in order to claim their Prize. The Promoter will not be liable for the non-delivery of the Prize caused by the provision of wrong information.

Prize Conditions

12. Prizes are not exchangeable or refundable and cannot be redeemed wholly or partially for cash or any other form of compensation. The winner must take the Prize as described in these Official Rules, and the Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

13. The Prize can be transferred to another person with approval of the Promoter. If for any reason, the Prize Winner cannot take any component of the Prize and does not wish to transfer the Prize, then the Prize will be forfeited. If for any reason a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.
14. All ancillary costs or accessories not expressly provided are the responsibility of the winner.
15. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the Prize.

GENERAL

17. Important Additional Terms and Limitations of Liability. By entering the Contest, you agree to these rules, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THIS CONTEST IS SUBJECT TO SECTIONS 9, 10, AND 12 OF PART I OF OUR TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH LIMIT OUR LIABILITY AND REQUIRE THAT ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN US BE RESOLVED BY WAY OF ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT BY CLASS PROCEEDINGS OR OTHER COURT PROCESS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THOSE TERMS APPLY TO THIS CONTEST. You also represent to SkipTheDishes that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in these rules. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant (including a selected entrant or a Winner) and revoke their prize for fraud, submission of offensive or illegal content or any other content referred to in Part I, paragraph 6(d)(i), clauses 1 through 10 of our Terms of Service, or for otherwise violating these rules, our Terms of Service, or any other agreement between us and that entrant. Automated entries are prohibited, and we reserve the right to void them. If for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter this competition is not capable of running as planned and the administration of this competition is affected, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to legislation.

18. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer equipment or systems, servers or providers, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
19. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as the Promoter deems fit and the Promoter’s decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change the Official Rules of the competition at any time.
20. The Promoter collects a person’s information to include the person in this Promotion. Use of personal information is limited to the administration of this Promotion and is governed by the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://courierapp.takeaway.com/privacy

21. The Promoter, Administrator and any other associated agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or loss of profit (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in the competition and/or taking the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. In accepting the Prize, the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
22. The Promoter seeks to run fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for Text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
6. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

23. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
24. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
25. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, unless you access the Skip Platform in Quebec, in which case the laws of the Province of Quebec apply to the extent of such access or use of the Skip Services, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
