Not every week on the road looks the same. Some weeks keep you closer to home, others take you further across your zone. And when those longer weeks happen, there’s now a little something extra that comes with it.
Introducing the weekly fuel incentive.
From now through April 26, a weekly fuel incentive will be available for couriers who cover more ground. Earn an extra $5 when you drive 250 km* on deliveries in a week, or $10 when you drive 450 km* in a week (that’s like saving 20¢ per litre!**).
No opt-in needed. If you qualify, the incentive will appear on your earnings statement at the end of the week as FUEL_5 or FUEL_10.
Frequently asked questions.
How are kilometres calculated each week?
Kilometres are based on the distance driven for deliveries you accept and complete, as tracked in the Skip courier app.
Who is eligible?
All couriers who reach the weekly distance threshold. This credit applies to car couriers only (no bikes).
How will I know if I’ve earned the credit?
If eligible, the credit will appear on your weekly earnings statement as FUEL_5 or FUEL_10.
Is the credit cumulative? Can both amounts be earned?
No and no. Only the highest qualifying credit will be applied for the week.
Am I eligible each week?
Yes. Each week is a new opportunity to earn the credit.
Do I need to sign up or opt in?
No, there is no sign-up required.
Why are bike couriers excluded?
Due to rising fuel prices, this credit is designed for deliveries completed using a vehicle.
What counts as eligible distance?
Eligible distance includes all kilometres driven from when an offer is accepted to when the delivery is completed at the customer’s drop-off location, as recorded in the app. It will be incurred between Monday and the following Sunday.
