Keeping your personal information safe and secure is a top priority at SkipTheDishes whether you’re a courier, customer, or restaurant. As a user on the Skip Network, there are a few things you can do to protect yourself when you’re logging into the Courier App or Courier Portal.
Update your password and personal information.
Your username and password are your key to accessing your account on the Courier Portal.
Here are a few tips to keep your passwords strong:
- Use complex passwords that include numbers, letters, and even special characters.
- Don’t repeat your passwords. Using the same password for multiple internet account increases your vulnerability to data theft.
- Always log out of the Courier App and Courier Portal when you’re not using them. This can protect you if your device is lost or stolen.
- Also, keeping your account information up to date helps us communicate with you properly if we need to verify your identity.
Remember, SkipTheDishes will never ask for your username or password. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Skip, you can report it to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
