Getting matched to orders isn’t random. A few key factors shape when and how offers come your way. Here’s what to know to stay active and keep those orders coming.
🌐 Matching Offers:
Offers are matched based on estimated delivery time, distance, and your delivery stats. Staying in your zone, keeping your acceptance rate high, and spending time in hotspot areas can help you get matched faster.
👍 Accepting Offers:
When you’re on the road, offers will pop up with details like partner, customer, pay, and distance. You have 60 seconds to accept or decline, starting when the notification comes in. Long-press ‘Accept’ before the timer runs out or the offer moves on to another courier.
📲 Stay Active:
Keep the app open so you don’t miss opportunities. You can turn on ‘Keep Screen Awake’ in Profile > Options > App Settings > Accessibility.
🙅♂️ Declining Offers:
You’re always in control. Decline by tapping or letting the timer run out. Completing a high number of successful deliveries can help you access more offers and top-ups.
⏸️ Pause Offers:
Need a break? Tap the three dots and select ‘Pause Offers.’ If you’re paused for more than 30 minutes, you’ll be automatically checked out, but you can jump back in anytime.
🧐 Check Orders:
Before leaving the partner, double-check the order number to make sure everything lines up.
🏁 End Your Run:
Ready to wrap up? Long-press the three dots and tap ‘End run.’ Need to end after accepting an order? Reach out via chat to get unmatched.
