Why do I need to submit availability to deliver?

We operate a closed network. This means for the most part, you cannot open the app and deliver right away. You must schedule when you want to deliver in the courier app. Running a closed network allows us to match the number of couriers online in each delivery zone with the forecasted number of orders. 

If we were to operate an open network, there may be times when there are too many couriers online and not enough orders to go round.

You must submit your availability in the app 📱by midnight every Wednesday evening. If you don’t, we won’t be able to assign you delivery runs. You can submit your availability here.

If we’re very busy, you may be able to open the app and start delivering without having booked a run – we call these open runs. Remember, we don’t guarantee the availability of either scheduled or open runs.
